Meet the Orange Skye

HEATHER is a
Nationally Certified (NCBTMB), State Licensed Massage
Therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy
Association (AMTA). She graduated with a 4.0 grade point
average from the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts in
Norcross, Georgia. Heather is a very determined individual,
whether at work or at play, and always strives to be the
best at whatever she does. She is proficient in a variety
of therapy specialties, including Swedish, Deep Tissue,
Myofascial Spreading, Reflexology and Clinical Sports
Massage, and applies her vast knowledge of anatomy to each
in order to provide a very personalized experience. She
enjoys the challenges of her job. Since no two people are
the same, Heather always adjusts each and every massage to
meet her clients’ needs and time requirements. She truly
believes that massage therapy treats more than achy
muscles. When done correctly, it addresses both physical
and emotional needs that can bring clients a peacefulness
they never knew could be achieved. “I love my job and I put
my heart and soul into my work everyday.” In her spare
time, she enjoys warm weather, deep sea fishing, welding,
and meeting new people. |

KAREN is a licensed massage
therapist with national certification. She graduated from
the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts with certification in
neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage and clinical sports
massage. She is also certified in pregnancy massage, in
addition, Karen is trained and experienced in various spa
therapies including reflexology and hot stone massage. |

LAUREN is a graduate of Academy
of Somatic Healing Arts in 1993 with a triple certification
in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Swedish
Massage. She recently received her certification as a
Medical Massage Practioner. Lauren is very passionate about
learning new techniques that can help her clients achieve
optimal results. Her massage skills reflect the love she
has for this field of work. Most of all, Lauren loves the
spa environment and helping people to feel relaxed and
receive a great massage. |

MICHELE is a graduate of Seattle
Massage School in 1996. She started and was the owner of
Michele's Massage Therapy in Seattle, Washington from 1996
to 2001. She also helped pioneer a medical massage team for
a local Seattle Chiropractor helped between 1998 and 1999.
In November of 2001, her husband was transferred to
Atlanta moving the family with him. Moving to a new city,
Michele decided to take a few years off to raise her young
children. Starting in 2005, she ventured back in the
massage industry by working with a local Chiropractic
practice doing medical massage. Towards the end of 2006,
Michele changed pace and began working in a local
Gwinnett Salon and Day Spa. Today, Michele is the Spa
Director for Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar in Suwannee.
Michele says she thoroughly enjoys working with the owner
of Orange Skye as well as the team she helped put together
because everyone has the same work ethics and has created a
fun and dynamic work atmosphere for every client to enjoy. |

PAULA has over 20 years of
experience as an Esthetician and Massage Therapist, skin
care and body treatments have and will always be Paula’s
passion. From facials, body wraps, microcurrent,
microdermabrasion, waxing and threading as well as various
other skin and body treatments including several types of
massage treatments, Paula has been a long journey of
learning and self enrichment, filled with very happy and
satisfied clients. Keeping herself up to date on the latest
treatments, products, equipment as well as continuing
education has been the key to her success. |
