We want your spa experience at Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar to be stress-free!

Below are some things to consider before you arrive.

A r r i v a l s :

Please allow adequate time to get to Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar from your travel origin. Plan to arrive at Orange Skye no later than 15 minutes prior to your first treatment time. Each appointment is precisely timed so if you arrive late, your spa service time may be shortened. In the event that you are late to an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full service time.  All spa experiences are subject to availability.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

W h a t   t o   W e a r :

Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar is a casual environment – we recommend dressing in casual, comfortable clothing. We provide bathrobes & sandals upon check-in. All jewelry & other personal belongings should be removed prior to any services, but it is preferred that they be left at home. Orange Skye is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. The bathrobes & sandals we provide are intended to be worn to your treatment(s). Your therapist will provide further instruction on disrobing based on the treatment type.

Out of respect for all guests, we kindly ask that cell phones & pagers be turned off upon entering the spa. 

C a n c e l l a t i o n s   /   R e s c h e d u l i n g   A p p o i n t m e n t s :

We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.  All appointments are subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee if cancelled less than 24 hours. Gift certificate expiration dates are enforced.

 S p a   P a c k a g e   G i f t   C e r t i f i c a t e s :

Spa Package gift certificates to Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar may only be redeemed once by the original recipient. Package gift certificates may not be transferred to another person. Spa Package gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.

 P e r s o n a l   H e a l t h   I n f o r m a t i o n :

When you arrive at Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar, before any treatments, you will be asked to complete a Health Profile. This is a standard form & is designed to get an understanding of any medical conditions, injuries, skin conditions, mobility limitations, etc. that might need to be taken into consideration for a treatment. Complete & thorough responses are appreciated, as this allows us to provide you with the best level of service to meet your needs.

Also, please inform your therapist of any discomfort or concerns during a treatment.

Purity & quality are imperative in all our skin & body products.  In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body product, at our discretion, a spa credit may be given if the product is returned within 10 days of purchase.
